Important Notes

  1. Scholarships and grants applied for through the University shall be processed in accordance with the relevant application regulations. In principle, scholarships of a similar nature may not be applied for concurrently, and each applicant may receive an award only once. Applicants who are not approved may continue to submit other applications.
  2. To facilitate the review and consolidation of application materials, applicants must submit all required documents to the designated office before the announced deadline. Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Students are requested to cooperate with internal administrative procedures to safeguard their rights and interests.
  3. Please pay close attention to the application guidelines for each scholarship or grant and the announcements issued by the Student Guidance Section. Scholarships or grants that allow direct submission to the sponsoring organization do not require review by the Extracurricular Activities Section. For applications that require University recommendation or consolidated submission, please ensure that materials are submitted to the responsible staff member before the deadline announced on https://nfuosa.nfu.edu.tw/scholarship-news.html (this deadline is not the same as the sponsoring organization’s deadline).
  4. Application procedure:
Read the application guidelines on the website carefully and download the application forms.
Submit the required documents and completed forms to the designated office before the University deadline (applications submitted to the Curriculum and Instruction Section may be required to include the applicant’s personal seal, if necessary).
Pay attention to the list of scholarship recipients and wait for notification regarding fund disbursement.
  5. If an application for a scholarship or grant requires the Student Guidance Section to issue a “Certificate of Not Receiving Publicly Funded Education or Scholarships,” applicants must complete an affidavit and submit it to the Student Guidance Section to apply for the certificate. Each person may apply for only one certificate; please submit the request with due consideration.
